My first cooking blog!

Hello all!

I decided to create this blog because I have been cooking for many years, and as my cooking progresses, I want to have a platform where I myself can come back to see what I have created over the years.

I do have my own small garden where I grow veggies and herbs. I focus a lot on fermenting in all its forms and on nutrition-dense food. I come from humble beginnings, so all of the food is really cost-effective.

I also struggle with mental health issues, so some of these meals are specially designed for people struggling with depression and chronic tiredness. I know how hard it can be to get up and make yourself a meal that is nutritious and doesn’t trigger your sensory issues. These meals are quick, super low-effort, and low-trigger (at least for me — I know everyone is different). These meals helped me break the cycle of eating poorly when I don’t have energy, and feeling bad afterward.

Welcome to my kitchen diary! I hope you will find some inspiration or the help you were searching for.
